WHAT THIS IS (AND WAS, AND WILL BE)
As we move into the Spring 2023 semester, this site is dormant. I'm Professor Bill Moylan. I have utilized "hybrid classrooms" since 2012, when I "flipped" my Introduction to Business course at Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii. In March 2020, when Eastern Connecticut State University had to close our beautiful campus after spring break, I was able to quickly pivot my four classes to REMOTE instruction. In June 2020, I created a FREE ONLINE SEMINAR full of tips and suggestions for any college educator trying to figure out how to make the best of our current unprecedented teaching environment, and put it on this site. (That's what this site WAS, but the resources are still available. Watch the "Online Seminar" video for a more detailed description.) Starting in the Fall 2023 semester, I will utilize this site exclusively as the Learning Management System for my Principles of Marketing and Entrepreneurship students. (That's what this site WILL BE.)

I am currently using Blackboard. I have prior experience with Canvas and Moodle. They all have similar functionality. For hyperlinked video instruction, click on the "Online Seminar Links" tab on the menu bar, then go to LMS section!

They're a Lot Easier Than You Might Think!
Click on "Online Seminar Links" on the menu bar for hyperlinked video instruction on "How to create videos" using your choice of: 1) Adobe Presenter, 2) your current LMS, 3) Powerpoint, or 4) ZOOM or WebEx.

ONLINE EXAMS AND GRADING
This is really good stuff!
You can get the exam file to your students at any time, and then give them the password to open it only when you're ready. And multiple choice grading? Since they email (or upload) their answers back in an Excel spreadsheet, you can automatically grade it! Click on "Hyperlearning pdf" on the menu bar and go to "Exams."
